L’OLIVIER HOUSE

Los Angeles
November 2015

The majestic 120-year-old olive tree solemnly situated in front of the two-story panels of glass at L’Olivier house served as the sole inspiration for the home from start to finish. Each design decision inspired by the preservation of this living heirloom;  the ultimate goal was to include it as much as possible into the fabric of the home so that the homeowners can appreciate it for decades to come.

Inside L’Olivier is awe-inspiring. The symphonic harmony of organic elements playfully co-exist in an open, airy, thoughtful environment. The exceptionally-high ceilings and flawlessly planned lighting create a graceful environment by day and an alluring one by night.

Built in 2015, the nearly 5,000 sq. ft home features a sleek and spacious gourmet kitchen that abounds with natural lighting, along with a sophisticated living room ideally planned to gaze at the driving force of the home; the olive tree.

The master bedroom is luxurious and expansive and includes a sitting area and over-sized master bath. The painstakingly-selected tile work in the master bath is a masterpiece that demonstrates the Noesis Group commitment to design and building and is a nod to the Moroccan influence.  The master suite overlooks the pool and outdoor space, yet provides unique seclusion. In total L’Olivier includes 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and one office.

Outside the entertainment area organically blooms from the central living space. Recessed pocket doors eradicate boundaries and indoor/outdoor living coincides as one next to the pool, Jacuzzi and private terrace.
